Tien Chen Diamond Die Company is one of the largest Diamond dies manufacturers in Taiwan with the latest technology and advanced equipment. There is a new diamond die in our factory, currently, only we own this material. It combines the advantages of MONO and PCD dies, it calls MPD. It is made of 1-micron diamond powder, synthesized by high temperature and high pressure, without adding any binder, and can resist high temperatures of 1200℃. It can make the wire surface smooth and bright, similar to ND dies, and the wear resistance is the same as the PCD dies, even better than it.
